Customer Feedback
We assess the value of each engagement by evaluating the degree to which we achieve the expected outcomes and asking our customers “How likely are you to recommend GTSC?”. Our average achievement of expected outcomes is rated at the highest level of Very Good. We also assess Net Promoter for each engagement, and our average net promoter is rated as Excellent.

Saving the Institute Money

We calculate the dollars that we save the Institute by avoiding the need to hire more costly external firms. What’s more is that we have a familiarity and understanding of the organization like external vendors do not. That allows us to ramp up more quickly and deliver a return on investment in a more efficient manner.
Our Formula: # of Hours on Engagements x Rate by Role – Actual Cost of GTSC = Cost Avoidance
In fiscal year 2025, we saved Georgia Tech more than $2M by delivering value that would have otherwise been outsourced. As of October 1, 2025, we already saved the Institute $896k in the current fiscal year (since July 1, 2025). We are on track to exceed savings from last fiscal year.
