Enabling people to successfully transition to new ways of working

Our services focus on enhancing organizational culture and managing change effectively. We provide leaders with actionable strategies and resources to improve workplace environments through workshops, conversations, and interventions. We partner with leaders to foster culture change and measure readiness for adoption. By aligning vision, roles, and messaging, and engaging people through communication, we help create resilient, psychologically safe environments that support successful transitions. Georgia Tech Strategic Consulting (GTSC) partners with campus leaders to develop strategies for leading and managing change, focusing on what people need to effectively transition to new ways of working. Effectively managing the people side of a change can positively impact productivity, morale, support or participation from key stakeholders, and retention of valued employees. We use a phased approach to systematically prepare for, manage, and reinforce change.
