Project Management

Georgia Tech Strategic Consulting (GTSC) enables the campus community to lead and sustain enterprise wide initiatives by equipping project managers with the mindset, skillset, and toolset necessary to accomplish project goals and objectives. This is accomplished by providing the support, coaching, and leadership necessary for the successful completion of enterprise initiatives. GTSC assists in leading projects and building the capability to effectively execute a project management framework for teams and units at Georgia Tech.

GTSC employs the Strategic Framework (http://sbof.gatech.edu/sbof-framework/) on all project management initiatives. The Strategic Framework provides a model that follows leading practices in project management. The end goal is for GTSC to lead the delivery of projects to campus that align with Georgia Tech's guiding principles and core values.

Portfolio Management

Georgia Tech Strategic Consulting manages and supports enterprise wide portfolios at Georgia Tech. We are actively involved in IT Governance, Administration and Finance Business Planning, and Strategic Planning Advisory Group (SPAG). We advise campus units interested in utilizing portfolio management in how to structure, manage, and report on their project portfolio.
