Organizational Culture

We define culture as the assumptions, values, norms and tangible signs of organization’s members and their behaviors.  In order to continue to enhance the culture of Georgia Tech’s most valuable resource (people), GTSC leverages the following interventions to help in this mission: 

  • Assessment & Advisement – We assess organizational culture through a combination of surveys, focus groups, and other methods to provide leaders with actionable strategies, techniques, and resources to enhance the workplace environment.  
  • Team Development – We help teams increase morale, build stronger rapport, and prepare for organizational changes by providing interactive facilitation, mediation, and training that leverages proven behavioral and psychological methods and assessment tools. 
  • Community Engagement – We work across the Institute to enhance the working environment and culture through the co-creation of community expectations, unit-level advisory councils, action planning initiatives, and staff engagement programs.
