Georgia Tech Strategic Consulting (GTSC) is an internal team focused on advancing organizational effectiveness across academic, research, and administrative functions.  We serve the entire Institute, working on campus-wide initiatives and partnering with individual units to develop organizational improvement strategies and solutions.
